LongRoad

Terms of Use

Effective October 28, 2026

These terms apply to the LongRoad app and this website, provided by SPK Solutions LLC ("we", "us"). By downloading or using LongRoad, you agree to them.

Apple's license terms

LongRoad is licensed to you through the App Store under Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement. These terms add to that agreement. If the two conflict, Apple's agreement controls.

Using the app

You may use LongRoad for your own personal or business vehicle records. Please don't copy, modify, reverse engineer or resell the app, except where the law allows it.

Your data is your responsibility

Your records are stored only on your device. We don't keep a copy, so we can't restore data that is lost because a device is lost, damaged, reset or replaced. Use the app's export feature or your device backups to keep your own copies.

Estimates, not advice

Figures such as fuel economy, cost per mile, budgets and service reminders are calculated from what you enter and may be incomplete or inaccurate. Reminders are a convenience. Always follow your vehicle manufacturer's maintenance schedule and a qualified mechanic's advice, and don't use the app while driving.

Third-party services

Some features use outside services, such as the NHTSA VIN decoder. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their availability or accuracy.

No warranty

LongRoad is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind beyond those required by law. We don't promise that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost data, arising from your use of LongRoad. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the app.

Changes

We may update these terms. The current version will always be posted here with its effective date. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
